According to this clip; NPA is trying to appeal the verdict back to murder and the sentence of 5 years for Culp. Homicide is not appropriate for ‘gross negilgence bordering on dolus eventualis” as per Judge’s statement. I agree on both appeals and hope the application will be granted.
Unless I`m mistaken, they are seeking clarification of the judgment, not to just have it overturned.
