Nel has consulted with WITS law professor regarding an appeal on OP case. James Grant says that it is imperative that the state appeals to clarify dolus eventualis.
Nel seriously considering appeal.

Oscar killed, and his own version and evidence add up to murder DE.
The problem here is not Oscar. It is the Judge and the State. The Judge apparently erred in the verdict. If the state doesnt appeal, then we must let Oscar be. Unless if we want to take law into our own hands.
People, leave OP alone. The Judge and the State should be our worries, in my view.
