Since the video keeps getting cut from many of the sites, I wanted to post a bunch of screen shots to illustrate some of the content that was aired. Hopefully this is helpful for those who have not been able to view the video yet.

OSCAR PUTTING ON HIS PROSTHETICS – IT TOOK 25 SECONDS
SCOTT RODER FROM THE EVIDENCE ROOM DEPICTS REEVA AS HIDING BEHIND THE TOILET IN THE TOILET ROOM (IN FEAR) WHILE OSCAR IS SCREAMING AT THE SUPPOSED INTRUDER. WE KNOW THAT THIS DID NOT HAPPEN SINCE SHE WAS STANDING IN FRONT OF THE DOOR WHEN SHOT IN THE HIP. RODER STATED IN THE REENACTMENT THAT THE SOUND OF THE MAGAZINE RACK MOVING WAS WHAT PROMPTED OSCAR TO SHOOT – HE SAYS THAT REEVA KICKED THE MAGAZINE RACK OUT OF THE WAY IN ORDER TO CROUCH DOWN BEHIND THE TOILET, AND THAT’S WHEN THE SHOTS WERE FIRED.
REMEMBER, OSCAR TESTIFIED ON THE STAND THAT WHEN HE GAINED ENTRY TO THE TOILET ROOM, REEVA WAS LYING DIRECTLY ON THE GROUND NEXT TO THE TOILET, SLUMPED ON THE TOILET BOWL AND THE MAGAZINE RACK WAS PUSHED ALL THE WAY TO THE RIGHT AGAINST THE WALL. WE KNOW THIS IS NOT TRUE BECAUSE OF BALLISTICS EVIDENCE PRESENTED BY MANGENA, AND NEL PROVING THAT THE BLOOD POOL AROUND THE MAGAZINE RACK WAS NEVER DISTURBED.
THE ANIMATION
THE FIRST PICTURE IS PRETTY CHILLING – SEEING THE AERIAL VIEW OF THE TRAJECTORY OF BULLETS FROM WHERE OSCAR STOOD WHILE SHOOTING
OSCAR AND AIMEE REENACTING HOW REEVA WAS FOUND, HOW HE DRAGGED HER OUT OF THE BATHROOM AND THEN CARRIED HER DOWN THE STAIRS.

Thanks for posting these screen grabs – they really help with picking up detail.
I believe one can safely assume that the animation is Oscar’s version before he started tailoring his evidence therefore it is interesting to note the position of the magazine rack and fans, his failure to check the floor on the right hand side of the bed as well as behind the curtains and where he sat to put on his prosthetics.
There was only a suggestion about the existence of this video (exhibit 3?) on the last day in court and an agreement from both prosecution and defense that it may be dealt with in heads of argument. Am I right in assuming that the video had been submitted by the prosecution as evidence?
I need to check that out this weekend. Still need to catch up on some of the testimony from the last few days.
The animation overhead shots of the bathroom are helpful in regard to showing one point very well. That being just how close to the open window a person would be when standing in front of the toilet door. IE the window is about 2 feet away. So why no ladder check?
Even worse for OP’s version is that prior to him seeing Reeva he had to maintain the view of possible attacks /threat from the imagined ladder. When charging the toilet door with his left shoulder his back would be to the open window. OP would be a sitting duck.
Those animation shots also miss out critical elements in the bathroom which expose his crime. Two being; the upturned bathroom scales and the tile debris pattern.
The animation of the panel parts coming out of the toilet door is impossible due to how the door was designed and how it was damaged. THEY ARE SHOWING THEY ARE NOT FORENSIC EXPERTS.OP’s descriptions of the panel removal given in testimony are also impossible.

Recent chat on WEBSLEUTHS forum mentions the 01.48 activity on OP’s phone and either AIRPLANE or some DND mode function being involved due to user activity.
OP used 2 phones and had 2 chargers. One in the bedroom and one in the kitchen. So as both likely needed charging then one would expect both to be put on charge at night.
People have speculated as to the phone he used that made the 01.48 connection was the one possibly on charge in the bedroom. That would have his other phone on charge in the kitchen.
This may be correct but the more likely scenario for this in my view is that the white phone that was not used and was found underneath a mat in the bathroom (my view ..placed there by Reeva and not OP)….was the phone on charge in the bedroom and the phone that made the connection at 01.48 was the one on charge in the kitchen. That places OP down in the kitchen and his phone in his possession from that point or it staying down in the kitchen to be used after the shooting.
we know this phone had to be put on charge in the kitchen later suggesting it had not had enough charge time that night.
It makes less sense for the white phone to have been put on charge in the kitchen to be taken upstairs and not used and dumped in the bathroom, especially is had some charge in it.The white phone being on charge in the bedroom and being dumped or placed under that bathmat seems more in order.
Reeva locking an enraged OP out of the bedroom and trying to contact police etc by phone and unable to find her phone (OP had it or had hidden it) would remove the white phone from charge in the bedroom and attempt to use it but was prevented by not knowing the password to unlock it.

Thanks, David! I agree, the broken tiles/debris missing is a problem. They didn’t show the animation in its entirety, just portions of it, but they did show the whole cricket bat banging and that was “supposedly” when the tiles fell off. So why omit that?
Also, did you notice that the long panel piece is seen inside the toilet room BEFORE Oscar gets the door opened?
The panel appears to be sticking out from underneath the door! Clearly the animator was a little uncertain about what to do with it. Have a good weekend 🙂

I’ve a question – on twitter I came across picts of two different guns in evidence bags – and stumbled over another person questioning this two guns in a comment – do you remember something about that?
Strange this was never mentioned in court.
I’m most disturbed by the usage of a pic of Reeva, dead on the floor. OP must have had allowed to have this picture used – for ‘trial purpose’ – for him worming his way out of killing her. Now he uses her dead body in trying to conceal his kill of her!
In his defense he allows her to be shown to everybody – and this pict wasn’t shown to the public in court – what is with her dignity – and the ‘invasion of’ HER privacy’???. Disclose to save his skin.
I really can’t fit in words how perverted this is in my eyes.

Hi J13, I have a copy of the entire video. I downloaded it knowing that it would quickly be pulled from certain sites and users on YouTube. If you can find it on YT, you can download it with clipconverter – it’s web-based, no download necessary.
Obviously not to distribute it, that would be illegal 😉 but to have a hard-copy for referral.

In regards to the falling tile debris pattern. I find it to only be compatible with the door being impacted (causing tiles to fall) when in the 90 degree open angle.
The theory of the tiles falling as a result of the door being forcefully swung open and banging into something does not match the tile debris pattern and suffers from another problem. That is the upturned bathroom scales are well within the swing angle of the door and would have prevented full travel being achieved (ie. door edge impacting on window sill/wall. The angle that the upturned bathroom scales are positioned in, in relation to the wall and the door, is not compatible with the door making forceful contact which would have altered the scales orientation.
Why is this all necessary? If he just told the truth and if his testimony was on the side of the truth, he could have just skipped all this rebuilding his flat and computer animations and the consultants and the analysts. Don’t be afraid of the truth, the truth is your friend … ?
Anyway, one can now add this to the evidence and compare it to OPs various testimonies.
Totally agree! All the reenactments, scream tests, gun & door tests and retests… Psych tests/GAD diagnosis… all done in the last few months. Late expert reports, no expert reports, non-expert experts… It’s all bullshit.

Just like Alfred99 I’m appalled that this image of Reeva is being shown to the public, especially as it was not shown in the trial! How could the broadcaster think it was alright to use that photo, they could of just used the animated one to illustrate the position she was found on the foyer floor. I feel there is no respect for the victim or her family.
The blood trail evidence in the toilet shows a hair trail pattern which points clearly to Reeva being pulled crudely from the toilet by likely the grabbing of her legs. If this view is correct it is likely he would be barely bloodied from his first entry into the toilet to close the window and check if she was dead by then. Any trips from the bathroom after would be fairly clean with a low chance of leaving a clear blood trail showing his movement.
The fabrication exercise (it was NOT a re-enactment) allowed him to formulate a method of removing Reeva from the toilet in a manner which portrayed him in a better light than what really happened. He used this in his testimony.
It’s problems are that it does not match the blood trail evidence and also, that to have used such a method, would have caused very considerable transfer of blood liberally over him. In a fairly heavily bloodied state it would be impossible for him to make the claimed trip to the pedestal to fetch his 2 phones, as he claims in his evidence, WITHOUT leaving an obvious and marked blood trail.
Hi Juror, I assume that the image of dead Reeva at the base of the stairs was not part of the video produced by OP’s defence team, but rather the tv programme which showed the video?
Yes, it’s a crime scene photo that the TV program showed.
