I’ve enjoyed reading everyone’s posts even though some of the arguments are beyond me as I don’t know that much about law. I’d just like to know why it took OP almost 15 minutes to break the door down – on his version….If you try to come up with a timeline based on the time of the first set of ‘ loud noises’ and the time of the second set of’ loud noises’ as per ear witnesses testimony based on OP’s version, it took him almost 15 minutes to get RS out of the toilet.
